When you click on a Menu, nothing happens.  Either they are not
receiving any MouseEvents, or they are receiving them but just aren't
firing any ActionEvents.

Acunia's menu.MenuBarTest demonstrates this problem.

I was working on this two weeks ago (at home, to support
gcjappletviewer).  I didn't get very far with it.

It's difficult to debug this, because GTK uses grabs for menus.  So
when you hit a breakpoint in gdb, your X session may lock up (if the
menu hasn't released the grab yet).  I got around this by using Xnest.

I'll attach the instrumentation patch that I created.  I've also got
some test cases at home that I'll attach later.
