Distro: Gentoo
CFlags: -O2 -march=pentium4 -fnew-ra -ftracer -pipe
Those packages fail to build so far:
gettext-0.12.1
coreutils-5.2.1
openssl-0.9.7d
ncurses-5.4
perl-5.8.4
Should I attach preprocessed sources of all of these packages? It will take time :)

This is a dup of bug 14099, PR 12032, or 8479. please stop filing these -fnew-ra bugs, we know that
we should not have added ....
