mpfr_get_z_exp() changed to return both a negative exponent and a negative
value between 2.0.1 (included in gmp-4.1.3) and 2.0.2.
fortran/arith.c:gfc_mpfr_to_mpz() expects a positive value and negates the
sign, producing an incorrect result with newer versions of MPFR.
