    type T3 is new T2 with private;

    type T3_access is access T3; -- line 12

The program is legal but GCC 3.4.2 says:

test_126.ads:16:05: "T3_Access" conflicts with declaration at line 12
gnatmake: "test_126.ads" compilation error
