The simplest testcase that reproduces this bug with
the current mainline is:

class Foo
{
  void bar()
  {
    int a;
    int i;
    for(i=a;;);
  }
}

If the "int i" is removed and the for loop
is changed to "for(int i=a;;);", the ICE
disappears.
