[Bug middle-end/24038] New: [e500] ICE in subreg_offset_representable_p, at rtlanal.c:3143

ICE when using -mfloat-gprs=double with -mspe=no. Found in the e500 branch,
reproducible in mainline.

Test case:

typedef double _Complex _Dcomplex;

double (cabs)(_Dcomplex x) { }
