You, Pinski, are not listed as a maintainer for RS600; they are. Mr Keating, form the ChangeLog is connected in some way with Apple (ex Computer). Apple dumped RS6000 quite some time ago in favor of i386 and his more recent patches reflect that. Maybe he should vacate that gcc slot for somebody else.
