The configuration option "--enable-languages" is explained in the following
documents.
- "Installing GCC: Configuration"

I would appreciate if it will also be mentioned by the script.

Would you like to add any more help descriptions to the script?

Why is it a "bad" idea to add more than the description
"--enable-languages=LIST specify which front-ends to build" to the top-level
configuration script?

Yes, we would like help descriptions for all non-trivial flags that can be
enabled in the top-level configure. Please, contribute a patch. Thanks.
