The following valid code snippet triggers an ICE since GCC 4.0.0:

typedef int x[] __attribute((may_alias));
============================================

bug.c:1: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

The crash happens with the C and C++ frontend.
