It is recommended that you configure GCC to use the GNU assembler in
/usr/sfw/bin/gas but the Sun linker, using the options --with-gnu-as
--with-as=/usr/sfw/bin/gas --without-gnu-ld --with-ld=/usr/ccs/bin/ld.
