config.log with error

I've attached config.log. It contains a message that libmpfr.so cannot be
loaded, but --with-mpfr=/op/mpfr-2.3.1 is specified and here are the files from
/opt/mpfr-2.3.1/lib

 ls -l /opt/mpfr-2.3.1/lib/
