This is causing miscompilation of the stage2 ada compiler.
fatal error: system.ads is incorrectly formatted
unrecognized or incorrect restrictions pragma: No_Implicit_Dynamic_Code
compilation abandoned
make[3]: *** [ada/ada.o] Error 1
