Hello,
one small addition. I have tried to add -Wl,-brtl to the xgcc calls (which
produces the libstdc++.so.6) and as a result the ld errors are gone.
/powerpc-ibm-aix5.3.0.0/libstdc++-v3/src/Makefile
OPT_LDFLAGS = -Wl,-G -Wl,-brtl
