        PR tree-optimization/38895
        * tree-ssa-alias.c (same_type_for_tbaa): New helper function.
        (refs_may_alias_p): Use it.  Extend access path based disambiguation.

        * gcc.dg/tree-ssa/pr13146.c: New testcase.
        * gcc.dg/tree-ssa/pr38895.c: Likewise.
        * g++.dg/tree-ssa/pr13146.C: Likewise.
