Allow the first argument to be a decl rather than type. * doc/tm.texi (LOCAL_DECL_ALIGNMENT): Document. * gcc.target/i386/stackalign/longlong-1.c: New test. * gcc.target/i386/stackalign/longlong-2.c: New test.
