Use of these functions has been checked into mainline. All C99 builtin complex math functions are done; well, except for cproj because that has a wierd non-c99 implementation in glibc. TODO: Wait for mpc-0.8 to be released. Update gcc's configure to look for mpc-0.8. Hard require MPC.
