The patch is okay, but it should be tested with bootstrap, `make install' and a
smoke test after install with:
- in-tree GMP, in-tree MPFR 2.3
- in-tree GMP, in-tree MPFR 3.0
- out-of-tree GMP, in-tree MPFR 2.3
- out-of-tree GMP, in-tree MPFR 3.0
