    * config/vms/vms-crt0-64.c: Removed.
    * config/vms/vms-crt0.c: Removed.
    * config/vms/vms-psxcrt0-64.c: Removed.
    * config/vms/vms-psxcrt0.c: Removed.
    * config/vms/vms-ucrt0.c: New file.
    * config/vms/t-vms64: Removed.
    * config/vms/t-vms (VMS_EXTRA_PARTS): Uncomment it.  Remove DECC.
    Use $(GCC_FOR_TARGET) to build pcrt0.o and vcrt0.o
    * config.gcc (alpha-dec-vms): Use t-vms.
