Hi,

I'm not sure where to post my problem. sorry if there is a more adapted 
mailing list.

After loged in with my Bugzilla account, I'm trying to add a new 
Additional Comment to the bug #29845. I didn't modify any of the other 
fields. I keep getting the following error message:

Not allowed
You tried to change the Assignee field from unassigned@gcc.gnu.org to 
__UNKNOWN__, but only the assignee of the bug, or a sufficiently 
empowered user may change that field.

Please press Back and try again.
------

note that I don't want try to change the Assignee, I just want to add a 
comment and an attachement. eventually add myself to the cc list.

You're not the only one Christian. See bug #30584.
