[patch] PR web/53919 - Add note to install.texi

        PR c++/53919
        * doc/install.texi (Installing GCC): Refer to instructions for
        released versions. Fix hyphenation.

Whether or not we want the release-specific installation instructions
online, I don't think it hurts to point out that the docs at
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/ refer to the SVN trunk.
