PR c++/101233 gcc/cp/ChangeLog: * pt.c (alias_ctad_tweaks): Clear cp_unevaluated_operand for substituting DECL_ARGUMENTS. gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog: * g++.dg/cpp2a/class-deduction-alias10.C: New test.
