The program as follows is ill-formed:
```
constexpr bool g() {
    int * p =3D nullptr;
    {
        int c =3D 0;
        p =3D &c;
    }
    return *p =3D=3D 0; //indirection via dangling pointer
};

int main() {
    static_assert( g() );
}
```
