That is a bad bisection, just change it like:

and you'll see it started earlier.
I then bisect it to r11-4386-g9e2256dcd481ffe3a8c79b65eba19fbb14b7ff8d
but that just means we need to use a replacement for __is_nothrow_constructible
to bisect it further.
I'm pretty sure the bug is in coroutines handling...
