Other MVE tests are in gcc.target/arm/simd/ (eg mve-vcmp-f32.c), maybe it's
best to keep them in the same place?

Regarding the dg-* directives, I suspect you need arm_v8_1m_mve_fp_ok since=
 the
test involves floats.
