I see it both with Chrome and Firefox and Microsoft Edge. All on Windows.
Even on Linux with FireFox, there is big whitespace at the top for me too.
Safari too.

On Chrome, I use a zoom level of 150% because otherwise the text is unreada=
ble
for my eyes. It gets worse at different zoom levels.=
