This got added during the conversion to Sphinx.

Now that experiment has been reverted, the link to from the main page to gdc
docs has been removed

along with whatever scripts were being used to build it, as the /gdc/ page is
still present, but in the Sphinx-style docs format.

But https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gdc/ should be really removed, the
documentation isn't regenerated every night anymore.
You want to tweak instead maintainer-scripts/update_web_docs_git , 
probably add gdc to MANUALS , and only when that generates D docs, we can
update onlinedocs.

Yes, please add D manuals to maintainer-scripts/update_web_docs_git so that
it's built and uploaded to web.
