I think it has the same root cause as PR108415:

RS6000_CPU ("e300c2", PROCESSOR_PPCE300C2, OPTION_MASK_SOFT_FLOAT)

and also expected this ICE can be reproduced with explicit -m64 at r13-4893
(before the culprit commit r13-4894).
