A small test program to a small caching utility class uses a template template parameter and a local class. This is too much for all GCC Versions from 9 to 13 when compiling with -g on any unixoid system. See attached file: Here produced with gcc-11.4 on Debian-11.7. Code is fine and works otherwise.
