C source of the testcase

The following code (testcase.c) causes an ICE when using RISC-V vector as
target.

int a, b, c;
double *d;
void e() {
  double f;
  for (; c; c++, d--)
    f = *d ?: *(&a + c);
  b = f;
}

Compiled with:

riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu-gcc -march=rv64gcv -mabi=lp64d -c \
    -Ofast --param=riscv-autovec-preference=scalable testcase.c

The output is:
