In GCN target testing, occasionally I see:

     PASS: gcc.dg/pr82274-1.c (test for excess errors)
    +WARNING: gcc.dg/pr82274-1.c execution test program timed out.
     PASS: gcc.dg/pr82274-1.c execution test

This is a 'dg-shouldfail' test case that normally terminates instantly. 
Sometimes, however, it times out.
