The guilty commit for some regressions is r14-5385-g0a140730c97087.

An easy reproducer would be:

make check RUNTESTFLAGS="dg-torture.exp=gcc.dg/torture/fp-int-convert-timode.c
--target_board='unix{-m64\ -march=cascadelake,-m32\
-march=cascadelake,-m32,-m64}'"
