LRA is already the default for GCC for quite some time:
https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/LRAIsDefault.

The remaining targets are using reload via opt-ins.

Please port to LRA as soon as possible, as there's a fair bit of interest in
killing reload by this point:

ft32: Target Var(ft32_lra_flag) Init(0) Save
pdp11, rx and vax has a TARGET_MASK which are not turned on by default either.
