Thanks a lot for the patch. I've now re-bootstrapped trunk on macOS 14
with it applied instead of the local (incomplete) <sys/cdefs.h>
workaround. With one unrelated exception
+FAIL: gcc.dg/framework-1.c (test for excess errors)
test results with Xcode 15.1 and 15.3 beta 3 are now identical.
