LNT indeed only has zen3 regressing in this unusal config (-O2 -flto + PGO), but maybe Zen3 is the only machine testing this config(?). It'll be somewhat difficult to investigate and also somewhat low priority g= iven it uses -O2 and generic tuning / basic x86-64.=
