LRA still doesn't consider "m" alternatives:
test:
movss %xmm0, -4(%rsp)
flds -4(%rsp)
fmul %st(0), %st
fstps -4(%rsp)
(*) movss -4(%rsp), %xmm1
(*) cvttss2si %xmm1, %eax
ret
