New test, known to fail with: "Tue Oct 11 22:12:26 UTC 2005".

As __builtin_frame_address is implemented by generic means on mmix-*, I guess
some may want to set category "target" for this PR. Whatever, it's just a
temporary setting until further analysis is made.
