Objc++ bootstrap broken due to recent changes in cp/semantics.c:

        * cp/semantics.c (begin_class_definition): Add attributes parameter,
        apply them to the type.

Error message is:

Fixed by:
        * objcp-decl.c (objcp_start_struct): Pass null attributes argument
        to begin_class_definition.
