The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

template<int> struct A
{
  static const int i=x, j, k;
};

template<int N> const int A<N>::j = i;
template<int N> const int A<N>::k = j;

A<0> a;
=============================================

bug.cc:3: error: 'x' was not declared in this scope
bug.cc:7: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
