Last known failure was reported against 4.2.0.
Can somebody please confirm if this is still a problem on an active branch?

If possible, I think SJLJ support should go. I can't remember the
exact status of SJLJ for HP-UX 10
but a comment in hpux-unwind.h suggests that I tested dwarf2 support.
I can check but it will take
time.....
