Get following run-time message:

> Fortran runtime error: Attempt to allocate a negative amount of memory.

when running following program (fortran 90):

 program fred
 print*,'Calling jackal...'
 call jackal(1,0)
 call jackal(2,0)
 end

 subroutine jackal(b,c)
 integer :: b,c
 integer :: jello(b:c)
 print*,'In jackal',size(jello)
 if (size(jello) > 0 ) then
   jello = 9
   print*,'jello = ',jello
 end if
 end subroutine jackal
 !---------------------------------

Above is compiled as "f90 tester.f90" on suse 9 linux box.
Using GCC 4.2.0 20061012 (experimental).
