extra_tool_flags are:
  -include bits/stdc++.h

#ifdef __LP64__
#define __MPOINTER              void    *m_ptr
#define __POINTER_SET           ((void *) 1LL)
#else
#define __MPOINTER              int     m_pad; \
                                void    *m_ptr
#define __POINTER_SET           0, ((void *) 1L)
#endif

struct pthread_mutex {
        short           m_short[2];
        int             m_int;
        int             m_int1[4];
                        __MPOINTER;
        int             m_int2[2];
        int             m_int3[4];
        short           m_short2[2];
        int             m_int4[5];
        int             m_int5[2];
};

The problem seems to be the define for __POINTER_SET which uses a
long long constant.
