The following invalid testcase triggers an ICE on mainline:

template<typename T> struct A
{
  typedef typename T::X Y __attribute__((vector_size(8)));
};

A<int> a;
============================================================

bug.cc: In instantiation of 'A<int>':
bug.cc:6:   instantiated from here
bug.cc:3: error: 'int' is not a class, struct, or union type
bug.cc:3: internal compiler error: tree check: expected class 'type', have
'exceptional' (error_mark) in handle_vector_size_attribute, at c-common.c:6039
Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

The bug appeared between 2007-09-14 and 2007-10-13.
