There is no option to turn off the use of precompiled headers. This makes
generating preprocessed source for bugs harder than necessary (you need to
manually remove the pchs).

.. and in a libstdc++ testcase (17_intro/headers/all_assert_neg.cc) we do
something similar... as an hack, to be clear ;)
