The gfortran.dg/parameter_array_init_3.f90 -O compilation test ICEs at -m32 on
x86_64-apple-darwin10 as follows...

Excess errors:
f951: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
These failures occur at -O for both -m32 and -m64 for x86_64-apple-darwin10 ,
but not for i686-apple-darwin9.
