Hello
line 14 of the attached code does compile fine on gcc 4.4.0, although it should
not according to 8.3.5p5 (pair(pair&& __p):
first(std::move(__p.first)),second(std::move(__p.second)) { } get triggered -
afaik this no exception to the rule)
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Thank you

8.3.5p5? is that reference right?
and I assume you mean line 10, not line 14.
The pair(pair&&) constructor is not in the WP. Commenting it out causes the
pair(pair<U,V>&&) constructor to be used, which fails to compile (as with the
next line.)

pair(pair&&) is in the WP now.
4.5 gives no errors for the testcase, which I believe is correct; it's OK to
bind an rvalue to a const lvalue reference.
