I tried to update bug 45322 and got an Internal error from bugzilla:

There was an error sending mail from '"rwild at gcc dot gnu.org"
<gcc-bugzilla@gcc.gnu.org>' to 'java-prs@gcc.gnu.org':Can't send data 

What other information do you need?
