While the change to config/arm/arm.h in r81665 broke the arm*-*-freebsd*
configuration, I think config/arm/freebsd.h was bogus from the start, in
defining WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE, but not WCHAR_TYPE.

Arm-FreeBSD port was unmaintained and has been removed.
