So inliner knows about the arguments but asks the ipa-prop machinery that doesn't. I will add the missing add_new_function hook. I still can't reproduce the testcase but I guess I can make one myself just by forcing global constructor. Will try to have patch before lunch. Will also fix my dyslectic Czenglish ;)
