reduced testcase

Similiar to PR50780. The testcase was reduced from vect/vect-cond-10.c, but
vect/vect-cond-9.c crashes as well.

Compiler output:
$ gcc -O -fexceptions -fnon-call-exceptions -ftree-vectorize testcase.c
testcase.c: In function 'foo':
testcase.c:5:1: error: invalid operands in ternary operation
vect_var_.30_98 = VEC_COND_EXPR <vect_var_.24_90 < vect_var_.29_95,
vect_cst_.31_96, vect_cst_.32_97>;

testcase.c:5:1: error: invalid operands in ternary operation
vect_var_.43_111 = VEC_COND_EXPR <vect_var_.37_103 < vect_var_.42_108,
vect_cst_.44_109, vect_cst_.45_110>;

testcase.c:5:1: internal compiler error: verify_gimple failed
