There is a broken Libstdc++ wiki link at [1]. "Latest "Manual" in HTML format"
points to http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/manual/spine.html. However,
this link should point to http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/manual/ .

BTW: There is also something wrong with table in [2]. Firefox 10.0.2 renders
this table with lots of "capital A with inverse roof - Â" where I think should
be empty space.

Anyone can edit the wiki, you don't need to report a bug.

Your browser is displaying it with ISO-8859-1 or similar 8-bit encoding, it
should be UTF-8.  It works fine for me in Firefox with encoding set to
auto-detect "Universal"

The page has a correct XML declaration:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?>
